現(xiàn)將我校2025年度"廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金"申請(qǐng)安排通知如下：
一、申請(qǐng)對(duì)象
1. 我校在讀、新招收的全日制本科學(xué)歷來(lái)華留學(xué)生。
2. 申請(qǐng)人須擁有外國(guó)國(guó)籍，持有有效外國(guó)護(hù)照并符合來(lái)華留學(xué)的相關(guān)要求，對(duì)華友好、身心健康。
二、申請(qǐng)條件
（一）在讀來(lái)華留學(xué)生
1. 40周歲以下，在校期間遵守中國(guó)法律法規(guī)和學(xué)校的校紀(jì)校規(guī)。
2. 對(duì)華友好，勤奮好學(xué)，成績(jī)、出勤記錄良好，品行端正。
3. 未獲其他類(lèi)別中國(guó)政府或我校獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
4. 截至申請(qǐng)日期前，未有欠繳學(xué)校學(xué)費(fèi)和住宿費(fèi)等。
5. 2024-2025學(xué)年度所修讀課程均需達(dá)到及格（含）以上，其中必修課課程成績(jī)需達(dá)70分（含）以上。
6. 對(duì)學(xué)?；?qū)W院有突出貢獻(xiàn)者，予以?xún)?yōu)先考慮。
（二）新招收來(lái)華留學(xué)生
1. 30周歲以下。申請(qǐng)人來(lái)我校學(xué)習(xí)目的明確，并有清晰的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。
2. 對(duì)華友好，品行端正、勤奮好學(xué)，綜合表現(xiàn)突出。
3. 未獲其他類(lèi)別中國(guó)政府或我校獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
三、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金種類(lèi)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
人民幣10,000元/人。
四、申請(qǐng)材料及程序
（一）申請(qǐng)材料
1. 在讀學(xué)歷來(lái)華留學(xué)生
① 廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（一）；
② 學(xué)校教務(wù)處打印蓋章版2024-2025學(xué)年成績(jī)單；
③ 護(hù)照復(fù)印件（有效期內(nèi)的普通護(hù)照）；
④ 個(gè)人陳述，約300-500字（中英文皆可）, 內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)歷（如有）、學(xué)術(shù)研究成果、以前學(xué)習(xí)階段的研究計(jì)劃等；
⑤ 如有其它支撐材料可提供，含HSK證書(shū)、2024-2025學(xué)年度獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)、已發(fā)表論文等。
2. 新招收來(lái)華留學(xué)生
① 廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（二）；
② 護(hù)照復(fù)印件（有效期內(nèi)的普通護(hù)照）；
③ 申請(qǐng)來(lái)粵接受本科學(xué)歷教育，需提供所畢業(yè)高級(jí)中學(xué)的校長(zhǎng)和一名教師的推薦信（至少2封推薦信）；
④ 前一階段學(xué)習(xí)的畢業(yè)證書(shū)及學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)單；
⑤ 個(gè)人陳述，約300-500字（中英文皆可）, 內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)歷（如有）、學(xué)術(shù)研究成果、以前學(xué)習(xí)階段的研究計(jì)劃等；
⑥ 來(lái)粵學(xué)習(xí)和研究計(jì)劃，1000字左右（中英文皆可）。
注：所有申請(qǐng)者含新生需按時(shí)完成學(xué)籍注冊(cè)及繳費(fèi)手續(xù)，申請(qǐng)材料被證實(shí)有效后，方可繼續(xù)接下來(lái)的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)。所有申請(qǐng)材料一律不予退還。

2. 2025年9月1日（星期一）下午17點(diǎn)之前，將電子版申請(qǐng)表（需導(dǎo)入電子版照片和電子簽名）和全部掃描材料郵件打包發(fā)送至[email protected]。逾期提交或提交資料不全者視為放棄申請(qǐng)。申請(qǐng)材料要求真實(shí)無(wú)誤，干凈整潔。
3. 學(xué)校組織初評(píng)推薦，候選人名單將在官方網(wǎng)站公示。
4. 候選人名單報(bào)廣東省教育廳最終審核。
5. 公布獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金來(lái)華留學(xué)生名單。

2025 “Governmental Scholarship Program for international students in Guangdong” Application Notice
Notice is hereby given regarding the 2025 “Governmental Scholarship Program for international students in Guangdong” at our university.
I. Applicant Eligibility
1. The applicants should be currently enrolled full-time international undergraduate students of our university, and newly admitted international undergraduate students.
2. The applicants must be foreign nationals in good health, hold valid foreign passport, and be friendly to China.
II.Eligibility
1. Currently enrolled full-time international students
(1) The applicant must be under the age of 40, and comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and university regulations.
(2) The applicant must be friendly to China, diligent in studies with satisfactory academic performance, good attendance record, and demonstrated good conduct.
(3) The applicant should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship, or any other scholarship from the university.
(4) The applicant must have no outstanding tuition or accommodation fees as of the application deadline.
(5) The applicant should not have failed courses in the 2024–2025 academic year and scored at least 70 in every mandatory course during that year.
(6) Applicants who have made outstanding contributions to the university or their college will be given priority.
2. Newly admitted international students
(1) The applicant must be under 30 years old. The applicant must have a clear purpose of studying and have made a clear study plan according to the major setting of the university.
(2) The applicant must be friendly to China, diligent in studies with satisfactory academic performance, demonstrated good conduct and and have an outstanding overall performance.
(3) The applicant should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship, or any other scholarship from the university.

IV. Application materials and procedures
1. Required application documents
(1) Currently enrolled international undergraduate students
① Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 1 (It could be downloaded in the atta-chment files).
② A transcript for the 2024–2025 academic year, printed and stamped by the university’s Academic Affairs Office.
③ A copy of the information page on the passport (should be within the validity period).
④ 300 -500 words of personal statement in Chinese or English. It should contain personal study, work experience (if there was any), academic research achievement, previous academic research plan, etc.
⑤ Additional supporting documents may be submitted, including HSK certificates, awards received during the 2024–2025 acade-mic year, published papers, etc.
(2) Newly admitted international students
① Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 2 (It could be downloaded in the atta-chment files).
② A copy of the information page on the passport (should be within the validity period).
③ Applicants should submit at least two recommendation letters, by the principal and one teacher from the high school they graduated from.
④ Graduation certificate and academic transcript from the most recent previous stage of study.
⑤ 300 -500 words of personal statement in Chinese or English. It should contain personal study, work experience (if there was any), academic research achievement, previous academic research plan, etc.
⑥ Around 1000 words of study or research plan in Guangdong, in Chinese or English.
Note：All applicants, including new students, must complete registration and fee payment on schedule. Scholarship applicatio-ns will proceed only after submitted materials have been verified as valid and complete. No application documents will be retur-ned.
2. Application procedures

(2) Before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 1 September 2025, email the completed electronic application form (with embedded photo and electronic signature) together with all scanned supporting documents in a single ZIP file to [email protected]. Late or incomplete submissions will be deemed a withdrawal of the application. All documents must be truthful, accurate, clean, and clearly legible.
(3) The university will convene a preliminary review and nomination committee; the list of recommended candidates will be published on the official website.
(4) The list of recommended candidates will be submitted to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education for final approval.
(5) The list of international students awarded the scholarship will be announced.
