一、申請(qǐng)
1，申請(qǐng)人填寫(xiě)《五邑大學(xué)接收外國(guó)留學(xué)生審批表》、留學(xué)生JW202表
2，申請(qǐng)人提交護(hù)照、最后學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證書(shū)、學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)單等材料復(fù)印件
二、錄取
外事處向上級(jí)機(jī)關(guān)申報(bào)獲批審查合格，外事處向申請(qǐng)人寄發(fā)《中華人民共和國(guó)五邑大學(xué)·外國(guó)留學(xué)生錄取通知書(shū)》和留學(xué)生JW202表
三、辦理來(lái)華簽證
申請(qǐng)人憑《錄取通知書(shū)》、留學(xué)生JW202表到所在國(guó)的中華人民共和國(guó)使館（或中華人民共和國(guó)外交部駐香港特別行政區(qū)特派員公署）辦理來(lái)華入境簽證手續(xù)（學(xué)生簽證/X簽證）
四、報(bào)到
申請(qǐng)人憑《錄取通知書(shū)》、留學(xué)生JW202表按時(shí)來(lái)校報(bào)到，同時(shí)向外事處提交以下材料：
（1），護(hù)照原件和復(fù)印件；（2），按規(guī)定繳納所需費(fèi)用
五、辦理外國(guó)人住宿登記
留學(xué)生進(jìn)入中國(guó)國(guó)境30天內(nèi)，須持以下證明材料到江門(mén)市公安局農(nóng)林派出所辦理外國(guó)人住宿登記：
（1）《中華人民共和國(guó)五邑大學(xué)·外國(guó)留學(xué)生錄取通知書(shū)》；（2）學(xué)生證；（3）填妥并加蓋學(xué)校公章的境外人員情況登記表和境外人員住宿登記信息表；（4）加蓋公章的入學(xué)通知書(shū)原件；（5）加蓋公章的學(xué)習(xí)單位證明；（6）學(xué)校留學(xué)生招生許可批文復(fù)印件及學(xué)校留學(xué)生招生許可批文復(fù)印件；（7）護(hù)照及原簽證原件及其復(fù)印件；（8）大一寸免冠彩照兩張
注：如果住在校外就到住所所在派出所辦理，還須房東的房產(chǎn)證明材料及房東身份證等材料
六、辦理居留許可證
留學(xué)生在辦理好外國(guó)人住宿登記手續(xù)和體檢后，須持以下證明材料到江門(mén)市公安局出入境管理處辦理居留許可簽證：
（1）派出所出具的《境外人員住宿登記信息表》；（2）加蓋公章的入學(xué)通知書(shū)原件；（3）加蓋公章的學(xué)習(xí)單位證明；（4）學(xué)校留學(xué)生招生許可批文復(fù)印件及學(xué)校留學(xué)生招生許可批文復(fù)印件；（5）護(hù)照及原簽證原件及其復(fù)印件；（6）留學(xué)生JW202表；（7）體檢表和健康證及復(fù)印件
1.Application
(1) the applicant to fill in the "Wuyi University foreign students receiving approval form", students in the JW202 table

2.Admission
The foreign affairs office to the higher authorities approved the review of qualified, will send the applicant "Foreign Affairs Office of the people's Republic of China for foreign students admission notice of Wuyi University?" and the students in the JW202 table
3.Apply for visas
Applicant by "admission notice", students in the JW202 table to the host country of the people's Republic of China (or the Embassy of the people's Republic of China Ministry of foreign affairs in the Hongkong Special Administrative Region of the Commissioner's office) handle China entry visa (student visa /X visa)
4.Registration
Applicant by "admission notice", students in the JW202 table register on time for submission to the office at the same time, the following materials:
(1) original and copy of passport; (2) to pay the required fees according to the provisions
5.Accommodation registration
Students enter Chinese border 30 days, must provide the following documents to the Jiangmen Municipal Public Security Bureau of agriculture and forestry police station to apply for accommodation registration:
(1) "the people's Republic of China Wuyi University? Foreign students admission notice"; (2) the student identity card; (3) completed and with the official seal of the institution of overseas personnel registration form and outside the staff accommodation registration information table; (4) the original admission notice affixed with the official seal of the seal; (5) the learning unit proof; (6) school students enrollment permit approval and a copy of the school student enrollment permit approval photocopy; (7) and the original visa passport original and photocopy; (8) a inch of without hat two photos
Note: if you live off campus to domicile for the police station, but the landlord property proof material and the landlord identity cards and other materials
Six, to apply for a residence permit
Students with a good accommodation registration procedures and physical examination, must provide the following documents to the Jiangmen Municipal Public Security Bureau of exit and entry administration department to apply for residence permit:
(1) the police issued "outside the staff accommodation registration information table"; (2) the original admission notice affixed with the official seal of the seal; (3) the learning units proved; (4) school students enrollment permit approval and a copy of the school student enrollment permit approval photocopy; (5) the original passport and visa and its photocopy; (6) students in the JW202 table; (7) the examination table and health certificate and the copy.
